About ten years or so now.

I haven't really taken any formal art classes. Most of what I learned I've picked up through online art tutorials (there are lots of art tutorials in DA's tutorial section) and reading how-to-draw and other art books at Borders / Barnes & Noble.

I use a Wacom Graphire2 tablet and CG for most of my pictures. I mostly use the CG program Painter IX to draw and color with. I also use both Prismacolor and Copic markers, as well as Prismacolor colored pencils for most of my traditional coloring.

In general, I do not do Requests or Art Trades I'm afraid T_T. I just don't have enough time...I'm sorry! For commissions, I occasionally (very rarely) open commision slots on a limited basis. These would normally be announced in my journal on DA.

Feel free to color any of my linearts! Just be sure to credit the lineart and link to me next to the picture if you post it online (and send me a note on DA linking the picture! I'd love to see!). I'm afraid I don't normally color other people's lineart. I like sketching and drawing lineart so much better than coloring...I have to force myself to color my own lineart, much less someone else's XD.

Ummm...first I have to say...I'm very well known for being an awful correspondent T_T. I tend to disappear suddenly for long periods of time, and answer messages only sporadically...if at all! (I'm TERRIBLE at keeping up my end of message threads!)

Games:	Disgaea for the PS2 and the Monkey Island series for the computer ^_^. Ah, LucasArts adventure games *___*.
Manga:	I love manga. I love it love it love it T_T!! Reading manga and scanlations is one thing I am happy to do all day every day, whenever I have the time XD XD. It's super hard to pick favorites because I adore so many! But some of my all-time faves include Bleach, Angel Densetsu, Heart No Kuni No Alice, Liar Game, and Hikaru no Go.
Anime:	I don't really watch much anime ^_^;. I read a whole lot more manga. But from what I have watched, the first two seasons of Slayers were great!
Books:	I adore Fantasy books! I have many huge bookcases filled with them. In addition, Ender's Shadow by Orson Scott Card is one of my absolute faves, as well as Last Chance to See by Douglas Adams. (Last Chance to See IS HILLARIOUS!)
Music:	I don't listen to music much. ^_^;
Movies:	I adore watching chinese wuxia series. The classic "Legend of the Condor Heroes" (1983) is of course one of my faves, but I also love "The Duke of Mount Deer" (1998), "The Young Wong Fei Hung" (2000), and "Chess Warriors" (1999). (These are all super exciting, upbeat, and funny...you should check them out if you can understand Chinese! I don't really like the more depressing and angsty series.) Some Korean dramas rank among my favorites too..."Dae Jang Geum" (aka Jewel in the Palace) (2003) and "Sang Do" (2001) especially.

I'm definitely open for link exchanges with other art websites! Just contact me and let me know if you want to exchange links. My only criteria is that the site is mostly completed, and doesn't contain stolen art (duh ^_^;), or uncredited swipes of official or unofficial art. That means no traces or straight copies of manga / anime art without giving credit to the original!

Yes, as long as you give me credit for drawing the picture, and have a link to my website (http://kathy100.com/) somewhere nearby the picture. Be sure not to edit the picture in any way (besides resizing / cropping for thumbnails).

I normally have no problems with people using my fanart or original pictures as avatars, as long as a small credit and link to my website, http://kathy100.com , is including in a sig. The one exception to this is for avatar pictures in places where the art is assumed to be yours...such as at DeviantART, sheezyart, etc.~. Please do not use my art for avatars, decorations, etc. on pages such as those.

For larger pictures, like in sigs or skins, I don't mind people using my fanart or original pictures, as long as a "© Kathy100.com" is included on the picture.

You may NOT sell or in any way make a profit from my art / edits of my art.
However, if you wish to use my fanart or original pictures to make these and freely distribute them, you may make:

• Webpage Layouts
• Wallpapers
• Sigs
• Skins (ie Winamp)

from my art as long as they also include my URL in a large, easily visible place. For a Layout, a reasonably large link crediting the art to me is needed on the front / main page. A wallpaper, Sig, or skin would have a "© Kathy100.com" on them. ^_^
